lol hey did you see the one guy by the wharf who hides himself behind a bunch of branches and stuff, and then he pops out when people walk by and he scares them? I think he is the same guy in your picture that has a cardboard sign that says "will work for beer" or something like that! Everytime I've gone to san fran, he's always been there, even after YEARS! I'm so jealous nicole! I LOVE San Francisco! Maybe you me and Paigey should all go some time!
